The restructured EFHL is excited to announce changes to the standards of play for game scheduling for the 2021-2022 season.
The EFHL Operations Committee and EFHL Board of Directors have approved some significant changes to the U11 competitive programs at Tier 1 and 2 with additional games and longer game slots for select divisions on a pilot basis.
Regular programming for U9 and U11 will continue to play 18 games over the course of the EFHL season with six tiering games and twelve regular season games built into two sessions throughout the year.
U13, U15 and U18 will continue to be offered a twenty game season consisting of six tiering games followed by a fourteen game regular season.
Additional games will be provided through participation in QEMHW and EFHL playoffs.
The EFHL Operations Committee will continue to work throughout the summer to recommend further changes to incorporate more regional play at divisions and tiers to providing better scheduling, less travel and a better overall player experience.
